These terms describe the ordering process for commercial photography and post-production services provided by Arestov Digital Creations, presented on this website as Artemio Ares, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Project-specific details are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Our services
Our primary service is commercial product photography for advertising, ecommerce, websites, catalogs, and print. Depending on the project, services may also include video production, retouching, color correction, compositing, restoration, image enlargement, and preparation for professional printing. Portfolio examples illustrate our work; the deliverables for your order are those listed in your approved quote.
Quotes and project scope
Before production, we agree on the scope, deliverables, price, turnaround time, and included revisions. The quote also identifies any prepayment or deposit, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation fee. Prices and payments are in US dollars (USD), unless another currency is expressly stated in the quote. Additional work or changes outside the approved scope are quoted separately and require your agreement.
Production and review
Production begins after the quote is approved and any agreed prepayment and required products, files, or instructions have been received. We provide watermarked previews for review. Please check the content, appearance, and agreed requirements carefully and send any revision requests before approving the images. Watermarked previews are supplied for review and are not the final deliverables.
If you do not wish to approve the previews, you may request revisions within the agreed scope or cancel the project. Cancellation does not automatically waive the cost of work already completed; the refund calculation is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payment and final delivery
The payment schedule is stated in your quote or invoice. Where no prepayment is agreed, final payment is due after preview approval and before delivery of the final files. Payments processed through Stripe use its payment service; please do not send card details by email or through the contact form.
After approval and receipt of the required payment, final files are delivered electronically by an agreed download link or file-transfer method. File formats, resolution, usage requirements, and the delivery schedule are confirmed for each project. Delivery timing depends on the approved scope and timely receipt of your products, instructions, feedback, approvals, and payments. We will communicate material changes to the schedule.
Client materials and usage
You are responsible for having permission to supply and use any products, logos, photographs, artwork, or other materials provided for the project. The intended use of the finished images and any licensing or ownership arrangements should be included in the written project agreement. Physical product shipping, return arrangements, and any related charges are agreed separately when applicable.
Cancellation, refunds, and file issues
Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, amounts already paid, completed services, and any cancellation fee disclosed before payment. Eligible amounts may be returned to the original payment method or, if you choose and we agree, recorded as credit for a future project.
Approved final files that have been delivered are not refundable for a change of mind. If final files do not match the approved previews or the agreed delivery specifications, contact us with the affected files and a description of the discrepancy. You may request corrected files or a refund for the affected deliverables. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by these terms.
